About Miss Kay’s Burger Bar
Miss Kay’s Burgers restaurant chain was created to have it all. In 2015, The restaurant was owned by two people named Matt Lee and Justine Kong recognized that Brisbane needed a place to “share your drinks and not your burgers,” so they sought to correct this.
In doing so, they opened an American theme-style burger bar that anyone could truly enjoy every. Including the corporate body who needs a space to hold lunch meetings, students who need milkshakes after school time to friends wanting to kick back on a Friday night. It was apparent in the very design of the place.
All three locations ( Mitchelton, Springwood, and Birkdale) have large indoor and outdoor settings and can easily convert from a lunchtime café-type atmosphere to a trendy nighttime hotspot.
In addition, there’s always live music every all Friday night. They also have a collection of books to glance at while you scoff down a serving of loaded fries. Then there’s a never-ending supply of beer and 90’s tunes.
