A little about Krispy Kreme in Australia

Following their success growing their doughnut shops all around the United States, the Krispy Kreme corporation chose Australia as their strong point of international extension.

It was the year 1937, just five years later, when the Harbour Bridge opened. Sydney-siders started waking to the aroma of freshly baked doughnuts by a Krispy Kreme store nearby.

Over the many years to come, an additional 53 stores would open across the nation.

Various Types Of Donuts range differently in price.

About the Krispy Kreme menu

About the Krispy Kreme menu

If you’re craving desserts for breakfast, then Krispy Kreme is the perfect choice to satisfy your cravings. Their tasty old-fashioned doughnuts have been their signature for donkey years now. Rich, cakey, moist and fluffy, you can relate.

Krispy Kreme launched its first store in North Carolina on July 31, 1937. And what’s truly unique about the company is that they have retained most of the original ingredients up to the present, which will make you feel a sense of nostalgia just by seeing them.

Krispy Kreme presently has 30 retail stores operating across Australia, including Sydney, Whitford City, New South Wales, Perth, etc., They have also formed a partnership with the 7/11 and agreed to sell Krispy Kreme doughnuts in more than 600 restaurants! This means that its patrons will be able to buy their delicious doughnuts whenever they have a craving.

You can find various flavours on the menu, but they are probably most famous for the original glazed doughnuts. The coatings are very light and thin to the stomach that you can maybe eat a few of them with no issues. They also sell chocolate-glazed doughnuts if you’re looking for a more flavourful doughnut.

The chocolate icing on top creates a rich sweet-creamy flavour that will surely make your day. Another true favourite of Krispy Kreme is their cream-filled fluffy buns. They remade their classic doughnuts, and instead of filling the buns with standard custard cream, they added a mixture of chocolate and cream.

Although, patrons are to be noted that they no longer use custard in the modern version. Instead, the cream is thinner and similar to the whipped cream used in a Hostess cupcake.
