Christian Dannemann Eriksen was born on the 14th February 1992 in Middlefart, Denmark, by Thomas Eriksen and Dorthe Eriksen. Thomas Eriksen was also a footballer; following his footstep, Christian Eriksen joined the football club in Denmark, Middlefart.
His father once was a football coach who led the under 21 football team to finish unbeaten in a local youth championship in 2004. Christian Eriksen was also a part of the team, and after a year, he began playing for the Odense Boldklub.
